Just noticed the front right tyre is wearing uneven where the best place to get tracking done near oxford. Also only just noticed rear wheels have right and left stamped in them

I took mine to the local laser alignment place which had a German alignment tool with the correct settings already in the machine. I made sure they were very careful with the wheels as the sensors used can damage the alloys. That and more importantly new tyres and it drives like a completely different car since!

on a gen1 use the 1996 alignment specs, slightly better than the earlier years. As Ginja mentions new tyres and a good alignment will make you feel your driving a new car.

We had ours done way back by a friend in Bromsgrove who has USA kit, the factory alignment wasn't the best, scoring something like a 4 out of 16, that being only 4 of the angles were within the tolerances

Nice guys.
That looks like a far superior setup to the normal greasy, dark, scary places!
