How the hell do they expect to learn anything about demand when its $35,000 extra on top of the price of the car. If they don't sell, all it tells them is viper buyers aren't stupid, if they do then it tells them 10 viper buyers have more money than sense or at least enough in the bank to not to give a st about $35,000. That doesn't mean there is or isn't a market for a roadster at a comparable price to the coupe.

I'd have thought 20 years of history would tell them some viper buyers want a roadster, some want a coupe and others want an ACR.

yeah I'm sure Chrysler knows there are at least 10 viperholics out there that will buy them no matter what the price, which means they are 1) taking advantage of some of the affluent viper folks and 2) not learning anything bout the roadster market. One way of getting shot of excess stock though!

Having had an open top car in the UK (without a proper roof) I can say I'm a Coupe guy, But would like to see a Targa top option

Have to say I think it looks quite good, sort of like the Jag F Type, but a hell of a lot dearer! But I believe Dodge were not aware this car was going to be unveiled?

Its an option from prefix and Tomball NOT Dodge!

Was there for the release and you can only do this mod on a brand new Gen V bought from prefix via Tomball dodge...
