Can you mount this camera on the outside of the car and turn it on and off remotely?

I have the Hero 2 and its a pain in the Arse getting in and out of the car to turn it on and off
If you're at a track day and waiting in the paddock or on the grid to start your laps, nine times out of ten the bloody thing turns itself off, either due to a flat battery or SD card problem

you can run it of a remote, It has Wifi, and you can use the GoPro fone app, which you can see what is filming
