09 ACR Ebay scam

Another UK Ebay Scam...

I know the owner who damaged this ACR (very gutted). The ACR is with X2 Builders and Jeff the Old owner just contacted them, and they are not running an add nor have they sold it to anyone in the UK.....

Usually these scams have the car advertised at a ridiculously low price though, hoping to catch someone out sniffing for a bargain.

The landline number starting 01604 is genuine for the American Car and Truck Co, so the scammers must be pretty useless

X2 do have an advert for it Baz ($56K) the UK company does look pretty legitimate and have mirrored the x2 ebay motors advert, I guess if you contact them they will just say they will import for you.

A quick 10 mins surfing their website and history, looks like the UK company has previously brought, imported and sold other vehicles off Scott at X2

Just going by another Viper Owners experience with them..

Put a 3k deposit down on a QC SRT truck . It never arrived and was hassle to get deposit back..

Hopefully it's all above board but just cover yourself with a CC or PayPal deposit
