Anyone here had any problems with "solvent popping"?

Seen a few cars with it. Something to do with how the primer was laid on the fibreglass at the factory, Damp moist weather can make the blisters rise then hotter days the bumps recede. Very big job to get rid of it!

I think my driver's door is displaying the symptoms...

It's not just a case of rubbing down the top coat, its a primer reaction prior to top coat.

That is bad news. At some point soon I'll have to admit defeat. I must have spent almost £50k keeping this Viper on the road!

Really? What other problems have you had then? I've added loads of personal touches to my car which is part of the hobby but failure wise there is no way I have been anywhere near that! yikes
