...because I'm still buzzing! smile

I had 10 laps at Drift Limits in Hemel Hempstead yesterday in their Dodge Viper GTS-R.

It's one of the recent versions and it was, frankly, wonderful.

I do like Vipers (American cars generally don't do much for me, but Vipers do - Partly because of their Le Mans record, I think, but the whole idea is so absurd! biggrin), but it was, compared to the previous spec convertible I drove at Thruxton some years ago, night and day more enjoyable to drive.

Kudos to Drift Limits too, who were very keen that I push the car as I much as I safely could - I suspect the slicks helped the way it went round corners too.

If you fancy something a bit different from the usual round of Astons, Porsche and Lamborghinis, go and see them, but DEFINITELY have a go in the Viper!

Oddly, it didn't seem a popular choice (maybe as usually it's a bit dearer than most of their fleet, I got a great deal just after Xmas) - It sat unused, except for a high speed passenger session, for the time I was there (2.5 hours) aside from the laps I did!

Thank You for the Link, I was not aware of any Gen V Vipers being used in this way in the UK
