reliable yes if u go for the right evo the rs, u cant expect a luxury gsr to do a rally or gt job of course it will break
and mate my car has done 50k miles in the old internals and only blew 2 pistons coz i turned up the boost too high for a few months

, im a generous guy thats how my mate smashed and nearly written of my car last yr simon would tell u, it was out for 7 months all coz i was too free with my car, its my beloved too but i can trust some people with my car .
and paul dude my car has gone through hell and back and its ultra reliable and its the biggest crowd puller , the evos are, just look at the mags

I've driven several Evo's and they are really good. A modded Evo 4 I borrowed for an afternoon handled superbly and went like stink. It was so good that I came close at one stage to buying an imported Evo 6 ( before they became UK cars ). Skunk is the best, but placed beside a good Evo on a twisty bumpy undulating road, I'll go faster in the Evo everyday.....its just their natural habitat. But I dont think I could feel real affection for an Evo, to me they are efficient but souless. Still a great car though
