Great info folks! Looks like no-one is bothered with the extra trip or beer tasting then.....cool, saves me a job.I still plan to do these trips when I`m in Germany so I will work these around whatever is planned.

Tom you could always look at the original thread it had a rough itinerary for the weekend but it was translated from German we have Thursday late PM, Friday morning and all Sunday free:-


Announcement to the Rudolf Caracciola commemorative trip 28./29./30.8.2009.

Description of the trip:

The Rudolf Caracciola commemorative trip is a reliability trip for viper, Cobras, Corvettes and other US American classic vehicles as well as for all classic vehicles, that are older than a 20 years.

All vehicles must correspond to the directions of the allowance authority and must be traffic certain.

The stretch leadership is purported through the log book and is confirmed on the boarding pass by stretch post. Introduction on Friday evening, during the supper and for late arrival on Saturday morning around 8.30 clock.

Price for the Event: (Fr./Sa.) € 145,--, per person therein are the supper on Friday evening and the total Samstagsevent
contained.

Price for the Event: (Only sowed). € 110,--, per person therein received are the start fee, the insurances Saturdays, the permission fees, fees of the cities, communities and other arrangements, the utilization of the Nürburgrings on north bow and Grand-Prix-course, all other Events during the driveway, the lunch on the terrace and in the restaurant of the Dorint hotels directly at the race track during the long-range cup, the supper on the ship, shipping itself and the fireworks.

The participants themselves pay the overnight stays and the alcoholic drinks.

Hotel: Rhine hotel 4-Jahreszeiten, Rhine street, bath pulp legend price for the overnight stay: EZ 49,--, DZ 89,--, respectively incl. 70 rooms are reserved breakfast here, award after the sequence of the registration by the organizers. In the registration please indicate, of when until when hotel room wished become. Guarded parking lot and underground garage for open cars.

FLOW:

Friday, 28.8.2009: From 12.00 clock: Arrival from at noon in bath pulp legend in the hotel: Rhine hotels 4 seasons. Together ware cozy on the Rhine terrace.

15.00 clock: Driveway after bath Hönningen, welcome and official reception through mayor, press etc., coffee and cake in the Roman world, planned is in addition another Go Kart race

19.00 clock: Supper in the hotel with short driver discussion and Aushändigung of the log book.

Saturday 29.8.2009: 07.30 clock: Repetition of the driver discussion and Aushändigung of the board documents for the teams, that travel first on Saturday.

8.00 clock: Start of the first vehicle in bath pulp legend (1.Etappe).

10.00 clock: End and goal of that 1. stage at the Nürburgring "old driver warehouse".

10.30 clock until 12.30 clock: "Track Experience" north bow and Grand Prix course.

13.00 clock until 14.00 clock: Mittagsbuffet in the Dorint hotel Nürburgring in the restaurant and on the terrace directly at the race track

14.30 clock: Start of the first vehicle in the "old driver warehouse" (2.Etappe).

Ca. 16.30 clock: End and goal of that 2. stage in Remagen Rolandseck (railway station Rolandseck).

16.30 until 17.30 clock: Coffee and tea in the railway station Rolandseck.

18.00 clock: Start of the convoy trip to the Rudolf Caracciola monument in Remagen then further after bath pulp legend to the hotel parking lot.

20.00 clock until ca. 00.00 clock: Ship trip with supper, victor distinction with cup award. Finale with "Absacker" and fireworks.

Sunday 30.8.2009: Breakfast, individual departure.

Binding registration with transfer of the Teilnehmerentgeldes of € 145, -- (Fr./Sa.), and/or € 110, -- (only sowed). Per
person to the 31.3.2009.



Registrations with designation the by the name of, that complete address and the vehicle at 0228 / 9355488 fax with model and mark please formless: The organizer forgives the participation confirmations after entrance of the registrations, retains himself however the right before to encounter a selection of the vehicles after models.

Gotta chuckle at some of the translations. Old driver warehouse in particular. Nursing home for old drivers?

In reality it is the old paddock or garages.
