Hi all,Please could someone tell me how i can turn off the engine service light on dash.Ran the car without airbox connected and caused it to come on.I think i have to do something with the switching of the igntion but can,t seem to find any info on this in my workshop manual.(Nad if your out there!!Please help).

Get one of these or similar, or a trip to your friendly dealer. Ignition on/off sequence tells you the problem but doesnt clear the light (I think)

Tom, I did the same just after I bought the Skunk when I took the airbox off and ran the motor without the airtemp sensor connected. However the light went off again after about 4 engine starts without having to do anything.

Disconnect the battery at the + jump stud post for about 10 mins will clear it. Car will run a bit 'rough' for a bit though as the PCM 're-learns' once the batterys been disconnected. Otherwise after several runs (ign has to be turned off each time) with the air intake temp sensor now connected back up, will see the light eventually clear.
