Shame....the ad doesn't show the stunning interior? Funny that..can't for the life on me understand why there is just a close up of the grear knob!
If I won the lottery I'd buy it..................................and do the job properly...... several tons of TNT and several gallons of petrol, mabe ask the local MOD if they fancy it for target practice on the Becon firing range just to be on the safe side And to anyone out there who's got their eye on it...........Vipers NEVER........EVER........had XJ6 dials......for the love of Mary Mother of Jesus........why the heck would anyone of sane mind do that?? and the Orange stitching?..................I'm not evening going to try a figure that one out.....(to much cat nip?)

"This is a serious, rare collectors car for the future and a great adrenaline rush today!".........that line just cracks me up!.........Ooooh....she's a beauty Mr!.....I'm rushing to get my cheque book.
But on a serious note..................................that's much better!
I wouldn't want to be the poor sod who turns up at the next Viper meeting in that!

No, No, I do believe it used to be YELLOW! You cant blame the owner for wanting to change it for something different
In all seriousness though, who the hell would want a Right Hand Drive Viper with a horrid interior
It cant be worth the monies they are asking more like 18 to 20k max if that!

yea, but I dont think you understand the reason behind it looking kit car'ish
if you see it RT pics youll see why
Oh no!!!if you see it RT pics youll see why
You're not saying "it used to be RED!?!?!"
Much as I understand where you are going, with what you are saying, regarding the state of it when it was burnt out Neil. It still stands to reason that if you are going to put that much effort into 're-building' it, then it would make sense to spend the time getting the interior as close to right as you can... Seats, steering wheel etc can be sourced, I'm sure a replacement dash would have been available from the right place for the right price... It's all 'do-able'. Now you look in there and wait for the bat phone to ring...
Have none of you guys heard about customising your car to your own taste??????
Or does changing wheels, stickers, spoilers, exhausts........ not count as customising!!!
John put alot of hard work into getting this car back on the road. It was to his taste but then his circumstances changed and had to sell it. Until some of you guys do this amount of work on a car, you won't understand.
And people wonder why I don't post photo's of my car, work in progress, the comments I'm likely to get from you lot, think I will just keep it up here in Scotland, cos I don't think I will be welcome. A crashed viper which has been rebuilt to my own taste!!!!! how dreadful

I understand where you are coming from Colin, I really do... I am sure that an immense amount of work went into getting that (and your car back) on the road... We are just saying that the interior is horrendous... The stock Viper interior could never be described as fantastic I must say, and I agree that it comes down to taste... I'm just not finding that to be my flavour, and I'm not alone.
The body looks great, I keep looking at the pictures I have, and from them, (if I didn't know), I would find it difficult to believe that it was once an RT/10, the colour is not what I would buy, but I kind of like it... It's just the kitcar interior that ruins it in my opinion. If you like it that's your call...
I for one am extremely interested in seeing your car, and would very much like to see the 'work in progress' and finished artical... Again, your call. I know you have been working on it for an extremely long time, and wish you the best of luck with it. (Just... In the name of all that is holy and pure... PLEASE! Do not replicate the interior from that GTS... )

Perhaps Mr Hazzard was right and we do not have good reason to criticise, say if customising a stock Viper is your thing they could be adapted to the part of the country you are from for example:
