Wedges to represent some good value - but they're holding their prices so for the same money you can get a good Chimaera (as you already know LOL).
Have you made it along to a local TVROC meet and tried some out yet?
I have driven a couple of Chimaeras and one Griffith now, not tried an S or a wedge yet. Have you made it along to a local TVROC meet and tried some out yet?
I would like an S, I think they are cracking value at the moment. But I have had my heart set on a Chimaera for a very long time!
My local TVROC are a great bunch, arn't they Alex?
I bought a 1993 Chimaera with 94000 on the clock that was advertisied on Pistonheads for £4850 (advertised at £5500). Body off rebuild and all mechanicals done. Drove it home from Mid Wales to Winchester in torrential rain! Just had Andy Mcloughlin of APM rebuild top end with new cam etc £880. Back with him today for a little more TLC then fitting much needed new hood. So far have covered 1500 miles with no problems!

That sounds like quite a find! Glad you are enjoying!Fortunes wax and wane....It looks as though I'm in a position to re-mortgage my house now that my first, fixed rate term has come to an end.
It's a few months away, but it allows me to borrow quite a lot for very little.
Few house bits to sort out, then I'm hopefully, finally getting a TVR.
