Very nice.

I didn't go too far today, but it would have been rude not to have taken her out after a wash!

The intention was to take a few pics to use when I put it up for sale, but after driving it this afternoon I think advertising it might be a bit tough!

You know Mr Hotpoint's rule - give it a wash and a rinse, you must take it for a spin. Simples.

would love to drive it.

today, washed it, polished it, waxed it, drove it, filled it up, drove it again!

drove it in the dark, roof down, hat on, clear skies, country lanes.... What a machine! biggrin

If I do end up selling it, it won't be out of choice!

Trying to get some money together for a house (which is unlikely to have a garage!), and it's hard to justify having a second fun car in the garage. Insurance is due at the start of April (being 24 most classic insurers won't quote me, so it's not cheap!) so I either need to work out a way of keeping it for the foreseeable future, or duck out of tvr ownership for a couple of years until I get get another one.

Yeah great fun Robert, I decided to take some advice and rag the day lights out of her, bit of country lane I know, few nice undulating corners you can see up the road with, Oh boys does it feel good! Did a few drag starts, a long straight, hard braking, pushing on and working the suspension, really nailing it up to 5/6000 revs in fourth on a country lane with the roof down and by hell did it feel fast. About an hour of raging bull stuff, chucking me allover, funny thing is I put Gaz PRO's on about a year ago, bone hard, now that i got the whole lot hot.... Shocks working much better, I must have broke them in, all I know is they don't half have to work at that speed on a lane! Felt like Roger Clark. Lol. What a fantastic car on a lovely day. Made my wk already. QBee and the boys, car seems ready for Bedford, Phazed if your reading, tyres working great mate, I owe you one. If I'd done what I did today on those old tyres I'd be in the field after the field I left the road on ???!!! There a great starting point. One happy tiv owner!

fair enough, house comes first, u did well getting one at 24! . I'm 35 and wish i had bought one years ago. Got house, 3 kids , then TVR

don't see many silver ones, looks great.

hope u get to keep it, but amounts needed now for deposits / mortgages are crazy.
