They were not to loud ,just raspy ! I sold it because this exhasut and the ACT Y piece was just to much ,prefer the standard Y piece and This conversion ,it`s just an ACT sports exhaust copy ..You can stick these in to get you on the track..

Daz, where did you get these from? I've only seen the ones that fit over the pipe. I'd like to pick a couple up for longer journeys.

I went with the ACT one, really easy to fit and replaces the whole system

Didn't lose any power on the RR.

Mine is decatted and sleeved so very loud. I like it, but sometimes it isn't always good to attract attention, so something like this would enable me to choose when I want it quieter (long journeys, starting early in the morning etc).

Mine is de-chatted with an ACT cherry bomb exhaust and is quite loud, so much so, that when we left for Le Mans at 3am, I had to push the car up the road, so as not to alienate the neighbours!

I'm getting a little conscious of that myself!

Maybe you should sell the TVR if you're worried about the noise.

TUFF, Its a TVR they are supposed to be loud. The way Chris drives I think that most people will be to far behind to care.

It was a lovely drive down there yesterday morning. The sun was shining and the roads were empty. The journey back was a different matter with Sunday drivers barely managing 30mph even on the national speed limit zones! The fans were on permanently in Hastings... these cars don't do traffic!

It was great to meet, chat and put names to faces. The weather was just right too!
