My old tailpipes have had a hard life and not appreciated going airborn over hump back bridges and hitting many sleeping policemen etc

So i cut them off just behind the box and made these up

Quite pleased with the result.
Now to see what they sound like.... biggrin

Hmmm... like you have Clive's Y-piece, I can see Derek's exhausts on the horizon!

Very good job!

How on earth did you manage to squash them like that, I drive like a loon and haven't done any damage to mine. Maybe I should try harder scratchchin

I don't think that I have ever had enough traction to make my car do that, you spend too much time on the strip biggrin

Those new pipes look fab Derek, but the old ones must have been battering the tub above to get like that? Sandwhiched IYKWIM.

Looking down the light grey pipe interiors reminds me of a well thrashed car before the days of unleaded fuel.

I thought it was only the old S1 that dragged its ar5e on the ground like a itchy dog when you were going for it... Guess not..

Awesome job on the new pipes, really nice and neat..
