I will be ordering new boxes from the Irish connection today.

Dunno, but the matt black 'crinkle' finish on the MGB dash would look on rocker covers I reckon... not sure if it would stand up to heat though...

Sweet wink do yourself a favour and bin those suppesor extenders on the dizzy from cap to lead its an old Ford left over when they used Motorcraft plugs (ste quality) if you use an NGK with R in the product code you can remove another unwanted link from the ignition chain wink just a suggestion.

Thats nice but without the bling bow always liked the Cologne lump but not so much as the Essex purely down to its torqey character but the Cologne 2.8/2.9 is far more reliable IMO

Well, after almost 2 years of a body off restoration, I fired him up for the first time. Finished off filling the cooling system and PAS whilst it was turning over. Ran pretty faultlessly bounce

Also noticed an interesting side effect of not running any cats...

Just uploaded a slightly revised map to the car from Joolz via email.

Gosh, I'm so proud of myself, (yeh I know a monkey could have done it!).

Its amazing how you have to travel hundreds of miles to get someone who actually knows what they are doing and he does not rip you off .

He must have some patience because he works on my car laugh

I met Shaun at Cadwell Park on Monday - he was acting as mechanic for his son's MX5 on a track day. And his son's a quick driver - that MX5 (no SC or turbo) was very hard to shake off, it was well set up, well driven and carried a lot of speed through the corners.

VPDS in evidence.....Very Proud Dad Syndrome. Nice to see.
