Did a few of the 'Str8six List' jobs on Tamy before she heads of to Elmwood to sort out an MOT and a bit of track prep.

Sorted out the by-passed fuses, fitted the airbox properly and replaced some of the missing bolts. Ran out of time whilst investigating the non working horn.

Moved Samy into the compound. Looks likes it's just the clamshell and radiator. Now just need to find an S4 bonnet!!

Finished the re-colour of the passenger side seat.

And actually while happy with the finish, am not so happy about the match of the black to the black of the door cards I did previously. Going to have to reach out to the supplier if there is and difference in the original colour set I got and the most recent set. Have a feeling I'm going to have to redo something to get the blacks to match up.

Sunday 14th at the pod Neal. Should be a few of us and possibly a rather special 4.7 Cerbera with nitrous.

One slave Clutch Cylinder replaced - Gear change is so much better especially between 1st and 2nd and the clutch pedal feels springier should have done it sooner instead of just bleeding every few weeks.driving

Not sure I have posted on this thread about doing anything before but my non-leaking, leaking rad turned into a proper colander yesterday, so today I tried to change the radiator. What fun that is to get-out! Remove the smoothbore pipe and it is a lots easier...

I would have put the new one back in as well, but it has the holes for the fan mountings in the wrong place!

Posty delivered my new walnut dash from the UK, so set about removing the old dash - after reading through various topics on here about it for a while to get prepared - that drivers side bolt is going to get shortened before the dash is refitted!

Can really appreciate now how much the original had cracked up.

It's a pretty daunting set of wires behind there and want to try and clean it all up a bit while I'm there. Seems I have a number of wires there not connecting to anything - pretty normal from what I read here. Some connectors that don't connect to anything.... and a little black box to the left of the relays I've not seen on any other pictures. Any ideas what this is?

Take loads of photos and label all those wires, or half of it won't work when you get it back together. Good luck

Will you trace back those blank connectors and remove the wires from the loom?

Dazee, cut the bolt and use wingnuts instead of the normal ones.

Spent a few hours filing this from a bar...

...no, not really; many thanks to Engineer John for getting it water cut and for doing some related fabrication. Anyone guess where it's going (other way up)?

I've been trial fitting it and painting what it bolts to, along with fettling coolant hoses...

Indeedy - this is the bridge piece; will bolt to two stubs cleverly made made by John from the original. Doubt it'll flex laugh
