What did you do in the garage yesterday?

Listened to Under Milk Wood on Radio 4 whilst also scraping and rust killing/painting chassis spots (well, swathes really). There's something satisfying about getting a lump of millscale off when you find sound steel underneath... long may that continue!
Went to get some fuel after and ended up doing 85 miles

Was getting annoyed with all of the light bleeding from behind the number plate and illuminating the bottom of the boot and the top of the bumper so used some double sided foam to stick the plate flat. Then used the spare spade connector for the light (I'm only using one led strip behind the plate) to work another led strip that I fixed inside the boot. So now I have a boot light, it's on when the lights are on but you can't see it from outside the boot when it's closed.

It doesn't fit the CF triple plenum.
Can you expand on that a bit Peter. I thought the carbon Plenum bolted to the standard trumpet base via an adaptor plate, if the normal Plenum top fits to jools blended base with no issues, why won't the adaptor and carbon Plenum fit? The CF plenum then uses an adapter plate to bolt to the trumpet base.
Apparently those wider trumpet bases were used on some early Rovers, possibly a Vitesse iirc.
