What is the difference between 888/887 calipers and normal Chim / Griff 500 ones?
Size
arent they four piston compared to just one on the original chim/griff setup? And with bigger discs... 288 instead of 260

Well it's been real rubbish weather here today, so........

Wired the radio so it can be used without the ignition on.

Fitted a very cute pair of washers instead of the horrible loops of plastic that spray in all directions.
These have 4 adjustable jets per wiper arm.

Then fitted my birthday pressie, roll on the sprint and TD this month!

Removed the puny 2 watt speedo bulb and fitted a 4 watt bulb to even up the dial lights.

Good job, make sure you buy and use an external mic with the gopro! makes all the difference... need to drill a hole in the camera housing to make it work :=)

Nice angry sound DB, try mounting the mic in the middle, right under the numberplate, minimal wind noise, maximum v8 noise

^^^^^^^^ Thanks for that, I wasn't sure whether they were twin piston or not. Maybe my next project, now that I've finished relocating the battery.
