Finished fitting the re-trimmed interior, ready to go to Joolz on Monday for a bigger airflow meter and a session on his Dyno.

Awesome! I bet you're well chuffed with that.
Same interior as mine, just nicer. wink

Prepped a load of stuff for ceramic coating - will try and drop it off this week.

Bonded in some mesh across Tamy's mouth. Fitting the stainless steel bobbins for the rad. Mounted the Aaron alloy rad. Fitted stainless steel pipes to replace the corroded items. Just need to find where I put the spare silicone hoses.

All the sealant should be cured tomorrow so will fill and test.

Need to clear the drive so I can get on with Samy.

Adjusted new throttle cable so I'm now actually using full throttle ! What a difference.

Fitted new engine mounts. Pig of a job but at least its done.

Spent an obscene mount of money on some new detailing stuff to make it nice and shiny again.

Bring on the summer driving

Got the extended wheels studs and hubcentric spacers on so the new wheels fit properly. No rubbing or catching of wishbones or arches and full lock still avaliable. Handling feels exactly as before but I think I'll get a geo check at next service just to be sure.

Just to double check jack one side up a bit to replicate going around a corner then turn the front steering .

Mine catch even with 5mm spacers just behind the back of the front tyre .

Checking with the front wheels in a straight line does not mean everything is fine .

Got the cooling system filled, burped and topped up. Checked the hose clips and nipped a couple up.

Ran the car up to temp and the fans cut in, cool the car and turn off.

Just need to repair the headlamp back cover - need to fit a couple of base units and a worktop in one of the stores first [today].

Need to order the alternator belt and the stainless steel power steering pump mount from TVR Parts so I can get them fitted next Saturday. Refit the lamp back covers and I have a TVR back on the road.

Also stripped the swirl pot and battery tray off Samy. Should get the damaged rad mount and fan off next weekend.

Everything was checked before, during and after a thorough test drive. It's all good mate.

That is a proper re-trim; no pretentious quilting or suchlike, just exactly as the boys in Blackpool would have trimmed it (subtle door card differences aside).
