oh i got mine on eBay, cheaper smile
really easy to go on. I HATE cleaning cars, but the hour it takes to wax all four wheels should save me loads of time in the long run washing them. Just a quick wipe of the brake dust off

Changed one recently, sourced from Rimmer, and was astonished to find it matched the enlarged ports on mine without needing to be modded at all... was a relief as I had just messed up another (different make) one when the coating had dropped off as soon as I tried to cut/grind the openings. Rimmer described it as an 'OE' part - no LKJ500020P1 - if that helps anyone else

I take it that the solves the problem of having to use the spur on alloy connecting pipe that would normally go to the heater rail? It looks like a good idea.

What did you use in place of the pipe? Have you got a photo Simon?

I still have to use that small spur on the ACT lower rad coolant pipe for the oil cooler return that was previously the heater return

Good place to take a line for a turbo cooling circuit too and The pump tap for the heater line avoids the need for a tee in an awkward area - must get on and do this.

Like the PAS reservoir bracket yes

Three coats of Poorboys 'Wheel Sealant' applied to Samy's new wheels.

Krust'd and Special Primer to Samy's ARB clamps - Hammerite top coat tomorrow along with touching up the damagedone fitting the diff last Monday.

Satin black hi-temp paint on Tamy's rear number plate holder.

Fitted the replacement B pillar cover plate on the Box. Had it for about 9-months. Only took 30-mins to fit!

Tried to remove the seat backs from Tamy's seats but need some help before I ruin a set of expensive seats.

Did manage to remove the driver's seat belt and untwist it whilst the seat was in situ which I am pretty chuffed with. Also sorted out the rose joint mod for the upper mounts.

Steady progress.

I did a couple of jobs this weekend which made me feel a bit like James Herriot, only I was up to my elbow inside the door panels instead of a farm animal.

The electric window controllers stopped working and whilst the panel was off, I took the opportunity to clean all the runners and mechnisms and speed up the opening/closing time.

The second job was changing the nearside indicator bulb. A job that is not helped with the smoothbore induction system and would be a lot easier on the mark1's I think!

Good luck with that.

I dread the day that I have to move.
