Dear All,
I don't have many details as yet but TVRCC have kindly arranged for this year's event to be at a new venue, Blenheim Classic Car Show on either Sunday 24th or Monday 25th August 2014 or both (awaiting confirmation).
It will incorporate SCH again which worked well last year, it will also be a focus for T cars.
Details will follow in due course, but we have a date and place.
Although I haven't had anything to do with this event so far, I must say that the Palace is a very good venue for such an event.

Well yes,,,, and,,,, no. That's exactly how I originally thought it may go. Then remembering that she knows me all too well she'll say, 'why, are you meeting your prickhead mates there?' [That's her term for PH] all in good fun though.
"No dear ... I don't think Bassfiend's going to be there...." Great venue choice Mr Matthews from the TVRCC, chim and s club worked really well together for the last 2 years. Of course you be MC for the day!!!!!, can't be anyone else really. I just hope l need a bigger raffle tin this year , more the merrier. !!!

Is Chimfest for the two days and can I pay for camping and entrance fee on the gate ? I`m looking forward to this as it`s my first Chim event, my S is currently having post body off work.
Can't answer the camping question but you can buy tickets on the gate. It is a two day event but from what I've read on the TVCC site Monday will be the busy day.
I like many have booked into either of the two Premier Inns close by,although I'm hearing the one I'm booked in at the Business Park is now full.
From our WMM region there have been no plans made yet as to if we all driving down together or about visiting on the Sunday.
All I know so far is we have a table booked for dinner Sunday night at 7pm at the Beefeater Grill that is on site with the hotel.

Got mine free from the TVRCC.. I understand they have all gone now.. But yes you can turn up on day but think i read somewhere "park and gardens" is £13.50 And if entrance to the palace is required then £22.50 advised entrance time before 11am TVRJAS said:

Well it's not just talking boks about TVR's There will lots of other classic cars to talk about also. Are you saying its going to cost £36 ?
No not £36.. £13.50 if you don't want to enter and look around the palace itself. If you do want to look around the palace including parking and the whole event then £22.50.
I thought you joined the club.. They offered free tickets months ago for Sun/Mon.. Monday being the busy day i think.
