In my spare time I mess about with art. I've recently created a Chimaera illustration and am considering doing a few more of different cars. I'm interested to know what you think of it and if you would buy something like this to hang on your garage wall or office or wherever?

Excuse the watermark...

I like it, but from my point of view it's shame it's not a Mk2.

I assume you could easily alter the colours to suit an owner's car?

I'm with you Dave, and the lights look a bit Lupo'ish (as fitted to mine).

Nice work.

All feedback is appreciated. This is actually based on mine so yeah the lights are lupo and it's an older one. I did think I should probably swap them out for originals.

I like it. An Olympic Blue Mk2 in landscape would go very well on my new garage wall - if I ever manage to buy the house we are trying to get!

OT but I've just got myself a new desiccant dehumidifier. I put it in the car for 4 hours this evening and it's removed at least 2 pints of water from the cabin....

Sounds good Karl - make and model would be interesting. Could be useful in the car and the M/home. Up till now I've not found a dessicant one to be that efficient - but I'm willing to try again.

Back on topic - your artwork looks great to me davo. Almost my colour and spec so it gets a thumbs up from me smile

Meaco DD8L Junior. £150 ish from Amazon. Much better than my old condenser dehumidifier (when it was working) as it works down to 1 degree C. Pumps out loads of heat so would easily heat a motor home whilst you're in it.

Cheers, i'm looking into setting up an online store to handle printing, payment, deliveries etc.

I'll will probably end up putting a variety of colours up and then mk1 and mk2 versions. I will see about custom plates - i think there might be an option to customise in the store.

I will let you know once i've sorted it all out!
