Can`t afford that setup ,it cost thousands .
Doesn't need to cost thousands, I've got hi-spec 2 pots on the rear c/w handbrake with bespoke brackets from them to fit 300mm vented discs supplied by WMS and all in cost approx. £650 iirc.

Daz wants £200 for anybody who is interested. However, saying that. I've just picked up a complete pair in good condition for £50inc delivery off 'The Bay', so they are still out there, some of which are refurbished. I'll refurb the seals myself and the pistons if necessary... nice little winter project.

However, I've read that they may need shims and wondered where to get them from and which ones to get?
Sold !
Theres always one out there LOL!!
In fairness, and I may have misunderstood, Daz was selling the complete kit - discs, callipers, hoses, pads and mounting hardware. Whereas, Chuff had just picked up a pair of callipers.

Think i talked him to deathrolleyes ,he was chuffed to bits with them .Its a very cheap upgrade seeing they will not need to be refurbished . .

The kit came with two sets of pads Yellow stuff track pads and new Delphi road pads .

They will be fitted to a Grifflaugh

Not that there was anything wrong with what Daz was selling, but I prefer to do it myself TBH. New discs, new pads and new seals, new lines, new pistons all cleaned up, with the callipers about the same price. Depends whether you want to go that far or just pick em up.

Not bothered about new callipers TBH Daz. Once the used ones are painted with new pistons etc, then its pretty much down to cosmetics (not that I look at them that much). The cosmetic trade off means you can get new lines, new pads and new discs (inc the new seals, pistons), plus the used callipers/ carriers for around <£200 all in. I just have to sort out the spacers. One for Jan/ Feb I think.

Is there a similar upgrade I can do on the back brakes?

Not sure. It is a 500, so I think it is solid one end and vented on the other isn't it?
