That's useful good news, thanks. Might well go see him myself to see if I can improve fuel consumption. http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
But I suspect the OP's issues may be simpler and cheaper to resolve with the application of TVR knowledge during an inspection.
The much thicker battery cable to starter I installed a week ago has cured the hot start issues Ive been having lately... Also added new glass in the door mirrors, convex type. They give a wider view
Changing the rear gearbox bush (where the driveshaft goes) and greasing the X's in the driveshaft cure the vibrations I had in the car over 80mph

All running smoothly now?
Us guys in the middle need our own place to go........naff orf back to the MCC, where you just squeeze in at the bottom.....save your pennies and you too could be standing and admiring your turbo Chim, 450+ bhp, in its garage between runs at The Plod. Not much use for anything else of course.
How's the garage hunt going?

Err, words fail me,[no smilie for a green eyed monster]
To think, PH used to be a friendly place to be. Ho-hum

I am talking to my good friend Richard, on a thread I started, (on which you don't actually belong, if we're being picky). I answered his post about the thread for 290-350 bhp cars being boring. I enjoy his company on track days with his 360 bhp car (and still overtake him despite my lack of power), without him modifying it even further. Fi or LS are the only choices left to him, he has gone as far as he can NA RV8. I didn't want to lose him to accelerating in straight lines only. I was having a joke with him.
Should I have said "supercharged" or "LS" to have avoided you taking offence? It so happens that, of all the options, turbo-charging seems to me to be the option of choice, and that's partly thanks to the success you yourself have had with your recent installation.
Please stop thinking that I am having a go at you. I'm simply not like that. I never mentioned you, i wasn't even thinking of you, you have simply jumped to a wrong conclusion.
