Cleaning Lambda Sensors
Discussion
Is there any point in removing and cleaning the lamda sensors on the Cats?
My 500 is running a bit rich esp at start up & having changed all the obvious culprits as part of the annual service regime I am left with changing the original lambda sensors. Before purchasing a new set i wondered if cleaning these has any effect as presumably they get sooted up along with Cat etc or once they are gone they are replace only items?
I may get a dyagnostics first anyway to check AFM etc but still useful to know?
