I belive the general recommendations these days for diff/gearbox rebuilds is Grantura engineering in Blackpool.

If you are down south, you could do worse than giving Phil Stewart at Road & Race Transmissions a call. What those guys don't know about boxes and diffs probably isn't worth knowing.
