hi got a leak on my gearbox between the bell housing and the front of the box going to do it on sunday got a new front seal just wondering could it be leaking from anywhere else just want to make sure we have everything I need to do the job.ps its not the crank seal the oil is red atf oil.

Sounds like it has to be the front seal. I'd drop the box leavig the bell housing on and have a tube of RTV Silicone to hand in case you have to open the box.

This picture is only an example but dont just assume the oil seal is leaking you may find the paper gasket as breached over the years too, RWD Ford boxes from back in the day were prone to this

Just be aware that blue gasket sealer is no good as I found out to my cost. The ATF just dissolves it. You need to use the RTV silicone. That's what was used originally.
Hopefully you won't have to open the box anyway.
