A few years ago, my bruv in law put a 4.2 AJP into his Griff` it was a fantastic result. When it was sold it fetched a premium figure but nowhere near that yellow Chim`, It`s way overpriced IMHO, I`d say nearer the 25K mark, that would be the maximum, again IMHO.
It doesnt mention anything about the chassis being in good nick, just that its a Tamora Hybrid one. The chassis might be rotten. for that kind of cash I would be wanting the Evolution chassis at least.Hmmmm... different tastes I guess... I think the wheels and the colour are the best thing about it... I do love dished wheels though...
I can well imagine it cost a small fortune to build, and it looks mint... but a speed six Chim? Why?
Fernies are in stock broker belt, someone will stump up for it....
Won't be me though... you can get a Fezza for that kind of money....

Why? Well it preserves the "TVRness" using a TVR engine. AJP transplants have been done, so why not?
TVR Power have a good reputation and the Speed 6 is capable of good power.
Personally I'd rather see a TVR engine than an LS, but each to their own.
Love the colour, hate the wheels.
Yup wheels not good, but easy fix.TVR Power have a good reputation and the Speed 6 is capable of good power.

Not sure about yellow splashed around interiors. Reminds my too much of the desperate last of line run out MgTf models.
But the rest is great !
400plus bhp and Sp6 sounds great too these days.
Too pricey for all but the die-hard fanatic though.. ?
Why would anyone take possibly the best thing about a Chim (the noise) and replace it with an S6? (The S6's don't sound bad at all, but they're just not right in a Chim, IMHO)
I can imagine the Fernies salesman.... "Here we are sir, this Chimaera only has 3/4 of an engine but we think that's special so we're going to charge you 3/4 more to buy it"
Surely the point of an engine transfer is to upgrade it, certainly in terms of reliability? The Buick/LR V8 isn't a delicate lump, even at the worst of times but nor is it the most powerful so for me, the obvious upgrade would be an LS engine, not a troublesome S6!
