Just after some advice on how to lift the engine, it has an eye on the front pass. side and I wondered if its ok just to bolt another eye on the o/s head or maybe should mention I am hoping to lift engine and box together

Yep, just bolt another eye on the other head at the opposite end.

I put lifting straps through the valley and lift it under the inlet manifold. I think you might struggle to put the second eyelet on with the bulkhead in the way.

Also I have the body off so getting to the back isn't really a problem

How long did it take you to remove the body with the engine still in?

It took about 18 hours to get to the lifting stage and a 2 hour failed lift where the body nearly fell and so attempt number two got it off lowered and covered in 2 hours
