Well my plug arrived today, looks to be the real deal, branded and new so for £20 I'm happy.

Russell, same here, I followed your lead, I've just ordered mine. I was tying myself in knots with alternative solutions but none of them were quite good enough. Interesting that the one provided by obsoleteTVR is different from the one fitted to my 'Green Meanie' - good old TVR Thanks, Pete

To be fair it was only when someone tried to come up with a furniture caster instead of the original question that diluted it so much. I know what you mean though.
