Toyo T1Rs low rating on Black Circles
Discussion
I had T1 Sports on the rear when they were newly introduced... no real complaints there, a lot better than having some hardened new-old stock tyres... Toyos seem to get softer sidewalls with every generation though, and there were no appropriate T1 Sports for the front wheels. The combination of relatively sharper S03PPs at the front and softer, more progressive Toyos at the rear would have worked quite well if it weren't for the fronts being 12 years old at the time I was finally able to replace them with RE002s!

Wow thanks for all the replies. Been away with work for a few days and wasn't expecting so many replies.
So getting back to the original question, i.e. has anyone used any of these:
205/55/R15 tyre
Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance
Dunlop SP Sport FastResponse
Yokohama S.Drive
Falken Ziex ZE-914 Ecorun
225/50/R16 rears
Dunlop SP Sport 01
Micheling Primacy HP
Yokohama Advan Sport V105
Hancook Ventus Prime 2 K115
Kumho Ecsta SPT KU31
Seems only the Dunlop SP (2 votes) and the Hankook (1 vote) so far
Other votes are for different tyres: Uniroyal Rain sport 3
Any other comments or recommendations ?
Bear in mind this is a daily driver so I want to be able to drive fairly quick in all weathers whereas track performance isn't that much of interest.
Wouldn't it be great if you could try before you buy with tyres!

Note my earlier reply and 900T-R's Bridgestones.
Hi T14,Do you mean your vote for the Dunlops? I'd counted that one.
If you want the same make and model all round then (maybe the Yokohama below or) Bridgestone RE002s, if the same make all round then maybe Fastresponse front and with Sportmax rear, if you're not too bothered about tyre wear Neova AD08R all round.
I see that you want a daily driver tyre for a sports car with good wet weather grip which is tricky because most of your original options are repmobile/shopping trolley tyres.
I'd vote for the same make all round: Fastresponse front (B rated wet) and with Sportmax rear (A rated wet)
