I have no idea on the plate or bell housing as i have an LS so did not research Rover option, sorry..The Crown wheel i got from John Reid at Grantura Engineering, however you can get them from Australia Ebay for cheap money but they are a slightly smaller CW although the same gearing, and therefore not as strong, i have broke one of these!
