Not sure of the quality of Dare wheels but the chap who just bought my brakes just purchased a set called Lenso for just over £400.

me too...but only because I brought a set of 17s from a TÜV registered company (based in the UK) and then was told the products weren't actually TÜV approved which meant I had a new set of 4 wheels that I spent ages sanding and painting black, only to find out I can't actually use them here in Germany!
