Looks very similar to mine which is monza red. What does the plate say in the engine bay as I can check it against mine if you like?

Blimey, it must be the light but that doesn't look anything like cherry pearl! Paul's car (rugbyfester on here) in the pic below on the left is cherry pearl and my girfiend's Dad's one on the right is rosso pearl.

Most pearl and metallic paint jobs almost never photograph 'properly'.
It's more surprising (to me) that the cars in your photo look like they could be cherry and rosso, than it is that the OP's car doesn't

In fact, just looking at the photos on a different PC (or screen) can change the colour so drastically as to make it look like a different car.

I don't think I have had even one good photo of my car where the rosso pearl actually looks like 'real' rosso pearl as our eyes see it.
