My cigarette lighter amp meter and orange light on dash don't work, is it a fuse

Do you mean that the Orange battery light does not come on with ignition and cigar lighter not working? Or is the Orange light staying on when engine running?

Not a common fuse as far as I know.
Cigar lighter wiring is prone to failure as it passes through the door it can get damp.

If orange light staying on then it will be the 100amp fuse on the chassis near the starter motor - wouldn't explain cigar lighter though

If loads of things are out, not just those two only, try the 80 amp fuse. It's in the rats nest on top of the battery, in that tangle of wiring, in a black plastic fuse holder. You may need to take it out. Sometimes they look ok but are in two pieces.

Fag lighter socket is live 24/7.
Orange light is presumably the battery light?
I don't have an ammeter. Are you sure you do?

Just got the bible out - well, less than six hours to midnight mass.....

15 minutes with a bright light and a magnifying glass and I can see no connection between those three things electrically.

The fag lighter fuse is usually, but not always, in position 10, counting from the left, on the main fuse board. Worth a check.
