Cheers Scotty, the rocker covers are about the only noticable difference under the bonnet but they were definitely needing painted.

Hi you really only need the tube in jar but bleed the nipple on the master cylinder first,I did the same as you and bled all four brakes several times and still had soft pedal,bled one on master cylinder then four brakes pedal now rock hard.
I had a look at bleeding the master cylinder last night but i can't even get a spanner on it, is there any technique for bleeding this?

Hi Walt,I used a 1/4" drive socket and knuckle joint to get at it it is a pita to do but,someone else might have a better way?

That was how I did it. Not easy but it did fix the brake problem, so well worth the effort.

Thanks guys, a socket did cross my mind but was worried I would lose it into the inside of the wing.

I struggle with it every time I need to bleed the system. In the end i drilled an access hole in the inner wing and added another grommet. No more struggles for me
