I'm getting to work on her this weekend up at his unit.
All going well the boot (fuel tank plumbing and wiring) will get done and interior finished.
Time allowing I'll move onto the front end and cooling system.

Another weekend and with access to the car while the trimmer is away it was time to get something done.

Boot trimmed.

Lid on.

Dash fitting started.

Cooling system and radiator plumbed in and alternator fitted.

Looking Good Colin!

And it's good to see the Re-Trimming done in traditional TVR style... in a shed :-)

Thanks guys biggrin
Willie Ramsay used to do all the warranty work for TVR up here so knows his way around the car.

Bryan, I'll be working some long hours to get it ready. As long as I don't come across any major problems she'll be ready for the Rusty, after all it was all you guys that made me buy one wink

No rest for the wicked.
Pre cats de cated.

Tools for the job consisted of,
Vice
Hammer (started small but very quickly moved to big)
Long and large flat bladed screwdriver
Drill with flat bit
Pump pliers
Small crowbar

And finally about 2 hours on the first one and 1 hour on the second with a vice holding it still.

I know this doesn't help Nosh but the pictures really don't do it justice. Willie Ramsay is an artist and the interior is just stunning. It's not been a cheap part of the rebuild but the smile I've had every time I go for a visit tells me it's well worth doing.
