Mapping Issue or 3rd party ECU?
Discussion
I found when I made up said tool I had to bore out the socket enough to pass over the lambda casing,
When socket is in place I then used BIG mole grips to clamp the now split socket, and give it a tap with hammer,
Both were tight but came out ok.
I've been looking and I can't find the darn thing,, I'd send it on,,, I'm moving house and just can't think were I put it last year,,
If I find it by the morning I'll let you know,
I used a very old socket so cost now't.

I am currently making a shopping list of stuff that I should add to my tool box! On the basis my tool box pretty much just has some spanners and regular sockets in it (and gaffer tape), the list is long.
Try one of these:http://www.halfords.com/motoring/garage-equipment/...
Professional quality, fantastic range of sockets and so on, including standard sockets, imperial and metric, deep sockets, six-sided sockets for those hard to shift nuts and bolts, hex driver sockets, alan key sockets, big sizes etc etc. Oh, and it has a full set of ratchet ended spanners which are worth most of the £125 on their own.
Second best Christmas present I have ever had.....but then, I chose it myself!! The quality is superb, being their professional range.
That is a nice set. Oddly enough, the spanners I have are from Halfords - http://www.halfords.com/motoring/garage-equipment/...
I went in needing one (to get the stepper out, ironically), and came out with 25! They were £50 at the time though.
