Yes quite shocking at times.
I will be checking my timing again even if i dont swap the cam.
Maybe explains why my inlets are worse than the exhausts by 2mm.

I also need to inspect my rocker shafts. One thing that hasnt been replaced by myself on this engine since i aquired it.

You maybe have them already Derek, but if you rev it out routinely, well worth changing the end pedestals for the billet outrigger types available from JE and others
May as well order a set of these. Would it be prudent to order JE's billet shafts too?

Slight change of plan.... the pistons are going to David Knights. After doing my cylinder heads he offered to do the reliefs at a very fair price.
ie the JE pedestals will almost be free. Got to love man maths.
