Hi all,

First post in a while. Just bought a 450 off Paul down in Bristol.

Just had it looked over and the chap suggested I try and source an exhaust plate (sits under the silencer).

Does anyone know where I can get one?

Regards

Adam

Can't see any plates on sale from the usual suspects. This plate actually stiffens the chassis so obviously needs replacing if it's missing.

This guy offers a drawing from which one could be folded up in mild or stainleess steel........

Hope this helps.

All the above sell TVR secondhand parts. Don't be put off by the headline listing on Ebay, just ask for what you want.

However, as with all breakers....BUYER BEWARE!

There's one here on eBay LINK. A little pricy but worth considering

Ye, but to be honest doesnt £48 seem a lot for a small bashed up metal plate.

I would ask in the griff forum because there was a group buy for some stainless steel ones recently so sure there will be plenty of old ones knocking around.
