I've just received (from TVR Parts) and fitted both front upper ball joints. They're bigger in Dia than the originals and now i cant get enough camber adjustment!!!!
2 emails and a phone call to TVR parts = no response.

1. Has anyone else had this issue.

2. Are caster spacers available in alternative sizes ( this would resolve the issue)

You need to trim the end off the wishbone flange to allow the joint to slot further in

Had the same issue. Ball joint body diameter too big.
Carefully used a grinder and file on the Ball joint body.
Took off just enough to ensure I could get full clearance and travel on the Camber adjustment slot.

Thanks chaps, i had considered that, but having refurbed all the suspension components last year i didn't want to start cutting the bones. Absolutely pants.

This is one of the jobs on my list of things to do.

I had a quick look over the weekend after reading the OP.

It doesn't look as if there are any spacers on mine and there doesn't appear to be any gap to fit spacers in either.

This is a bit of a concern as I was about to nip down to Power and get a Ball Joint kit - top + bottom.

The wishbones are kind of soft, just bend each end out a bit and the ball will fit fine. Fit the spacers facing front of car for maximum caster.
