Hello from a TVR Virgin

Afternoon all,
Just purchased my first TVR (Chimaera 400) so thought I'd say hello, and see if I could tap into some local knowledge.
Based in South Devon, so was wondering if anyone had some good recommendations for servicing/parts aside from TVRS in Wellington? There's a guy called Mike Tarr in Torquay who comes highly recommended, not sure if anyone has used him.
Also, anyone have any copies of Steve Heath's book they feel like selling? Only one I can find on the internet is about £40 - would have to be a hell of a book to justify that IMO.
Any word on the local TVR CC chapter?
General advice beyond this very much appreciated!

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to mention a thank you to Phil Phedonos (www.sportscarinspections.co.uk) who was really helpful in confirming the car I'd found as mechanically sound and providing an estimated valuation was really helped with negotiating. Highly recommended.

The SH book - aka the bible - is a very useful thing to keep in the boot and do come up for sale now and again when people sell their TVR and want to make a few extra quid, so keep your eyes peeled.
There are some very knowledgeable people on here though so its worth searching here if you have any questions or issues and if you are still struggling post it and people will help.
Most of all, drive your fabulous new toy and enjoy it.

Don't forget the recommended Haynes manuals to go with it too.
I've used mine loads but I would say this. It is not perfect and some info is wrong - which could be as simple as the factory deciding to do something different for the hell of it. So read the relvant bit, cross check it in the Haynes - if relevant - then check it on the car, then come here for advice.

Lights out at 10pm sharp and if you make a fuss the men in white coats come and give you a shot..
The SH manual is good but don't expect the wiring diagram to be like those in a haynes manual, it's more of a general guide of 'there should be a wire between these two bits'.

If you dig down, you'll find there's about 3500 Chimaera and under 1000 Griffs if you include the SORN cars.
