Early days to 1990:

Mini 998cc, green with white roof (wannabe Cooper S), rust bucket
Austin 1100, black with 4 spotlights, an even worse rust bucket
MG Midget, BRG, with webber carbs
Triumph GT6, a lovely dark blue, underrated car
Lotus Elan+2S 130, blue, usual engine, suspension, etc. issues….
Lancia Beta, white, great handling and engine
TVR Taimar, white with brown model band
Lotus Esprit S2, silver, cemented my love of Lotuses
Lotus Esprit Turbo, ice blue, kept it for 5 years, should have been forever
Reliant Scimitar, black, first sensible family car
TVR Tasmin 280i 2+2, another sensible family car
Ford Capri 2.8i, dark metallic red, another sensible family car
Lotus Esprit Turbo, white, nothing but trouble
TVR 350i S2, silver, much better than the Tasmin
TVR 390SE, dark grey, the best TVR I’d driven to date at the time
TVR 450SE, white, kept it for 6 years, the second car I should have kept forever
Esprit Turbo (Stevens design), dark blue, lost the Esprit magic for me
Lotus Excel, essex blue, another sensible family car
Lotus Excel, BRG, another sensible family car

Was a bit of a theme of British sports cars developing here. Later on I tried German and Italian marques too, but have ended up back where I started now!
