to be fair this is a valid point, having had these on for some time i recently removed one to see how they were getting on... it was reluctant too shift so i used a hook tool under the end of it to get it off. i re installed it with a bit of "vasso" that i had handy but don't expect that to stay long with all that heat.
might have to find a suitable heat proof non conducting lube to use on them.
{the lead still looked like new so handling the heat no problem}

But this does also apply to all leads and extenders ... I've had a number of extenders come apart whilst pulling them off after they've baked in the heat.

Wonder what would be suitable to use as a lube...

So if I apply it both sides of the extender does this mean no need for ceramic plug leads..

Can you buy it in the UK ?
