Hi chaps, I'm thinking of going to Spain for some milk hehe
Has anyone been down the south at this time of year in their Tvr,,,,

Weather, roads, girls wink

Make it a month long trip, proper over night stops etc,
My mates dad says it's great at this time of year,

I'm only really chewing the fat right now but it's on my mind,,,
French girls are to expensive, maybe there's a Spanish lady that might take my heart away, smile

I've never been to Spain, didn't fancy it,,,
I like the idea of cheap as I'm a skin Flint hehe
Fuels cheap in Spain??

Any thoughts you men of the world,, where's Qbee when you need him smile

Hi Alun, I don't know if I can help but, I have worked in Spain in the past here and there.
Valencia city is a really nice place, a little further down the coast is Denia, then you have Alicante, classic Spainish town!
In my experience out of the cities the food is really, really cheap. Petrol is a bit cheaper than England.
Happy hunting. wink and keep us posted of course! thumbup

There's a TVR tour of Spain in April, 10-12 days, 5 star mansions and castles, includes a track day or two in the middle.
Jasper Gilder is the organiser.

I did the tour with Jasper a couple of years ago.

The roads are great for TVR driving especially up in the mountains, mostly deserted, fantastic scenery and great surfaces. Petrol is reasonable but the higher octane stuff isn't always available I the more remote parts. As long as you don't let the tank get too empty it's not a problem finding one.

Cheers Colin,, sounds good smile
I just sat at home thinking,, I'm bored, not much work on so I could almost live out there for the same money as at home yet still enjoy the Tvr in the sun.
Within an hour of putting this post up I'd had a call regarding work !
