Hi Bob, did you consider wrapping a 2"band of exhaust wrap round the exhaust manifold where the plug lead /heat sock is likely to touch , especially on cylinders 7&8

I had wrap on the manifolds for that purpose but now with my ACT stainless steel manifolds and CliveF Y piece I don't want to spoil the aesthetics by covering the beautiful shininess
