Resealed my plenum for the second time after after getting the injectors cleaned but can't find where this goes:

It comes from the fuel rail pressure stabilisation valve but I can't find where it goes on the plenum. I'm sure it's underneath the side but can't find an attachment point. frown

At a guess I'd say maybe the fuel pressure regulator

We need to see the other end really but from its length I reckon its the hose that connects to the back of the plenum under the mesh. it quite hard to see.

The other end is connected to the fuel pressure regulator.

Found it, thanks. Its just under the stepper motor housing pointing towards the mesh grill. Thanks for helping me look in the right area!

One end as stated fuel pressure regulator, and the other is a small pipe in the casting of the stepper motor air feed- you cant see it in the photo- its under the main casting body.

Small spigot pointing at the bulkhead below and inboard of the stepper motor.

Thanks all for the quick response. This is probably why it was idling at 1600 rm after reassembly the first time, there being basically a hole in the plenum without a hose on it!

I suspected an air leak around the plenum so redid it with extra RTV sealant this time. By the way it started and idles much smoother after an injector clean, and mine were only 3% down on flow apparently.
