If your problem is the fuel pump losing its supply it could be a poor connection on one of the several plug/sockets in the circuit.

In addition to the ones in the foot-well there is a plug/socket behind the nearside B post, this can also get wet and is a common cause of intermittent problems.
This may help:

That's handy to know Lou. Qbee do have a price list for hire of small persons, I think Paul and I will require one.

laugh I'll get you one. I have two of the little blighters at home, answering their mother back and spending half their lives on time out. I will get a price list in Magnums, as that's the currency they use for rewards, given that the pound is in free fall.

As you know I had similar cutting out symptoms, changed the dizzy cap, rotor arm, the leads and amp and had not had one since. So mine was ignition and not fuel related.

Also changed to green tune and adjusted the voltage at the Afm. This has by far been the best mod ever, the car is so smooth and completely free of shunting, showing there is still some quality in the 14cux system.

I was going to rip it out for a megasquirt but I can't imagine how much more doing this can improve this car now.

I'm with you there. For all the other mods I have done, I am still on the standard ECU, albeit remapped. Car runs fine and produces sufficient power for my needs. Including track days.

So I cannot catch cars with more bhp on the straights......bothered? Not me. I just concentrate on carrying more speed around the corners and getting a faster exit speed. This actually adds to my fun.
