I've sorted it,, removed ARB. hehe nah, not really.

As you say Dave, your always going to get the odd knock and grumble with these cars, having looked at both front and rear ARB's there all displaying knackered drop links so the noises ain't alarming me quite so much now .

I've needlessly replaced the front wishbones as I have a full set of fronts lying about that I now think are perfectly OK,

I think I might get mine unrated rather than buy more of the same thing! ,,,,,,,,,,
Just ordered two of the stronger brackets so that's that then. smile

Cheers Dave you've saved me searching yet again hehe

Alun, the standard drop links used by TVR are just like the ones on a Triumph TR6, their construction is a rubber ball vulcanised into an outer spherical metal socket, they were rubbish on the Triumph in the 1970's and just as bad today.

This type of crude vulcanised ball joint wears quickly and really has no place on a car likely to be subject to high cornering loads and one capable of over 150mph. Here's my six year old post when I removed my knackered original drop links and replaced them with with the excellent Leven rose jointed ones that remain on the car today and are still doing sterling service.

I'd seriously think about fitting the Leven drop links rather than the original vulcanised ball TR6 type that TVR used, I accept my originals were knackered but I certainly noticed a profound handling improvement from the Leven links and have proved they also last well too.

I'm confident you'll like them mate wink

Just replaced my old front drop links with some from RaceTech,

I've been getting knocking / rattling / grinding when I go over bumps,
New drop links have silenced the suspension smile
Car feels taught and the drop links actually work now, cars more stable and less role into corners,
Very pleased.
Err forgot to take a pic off car so here's one with link fitted.

I've recieved the strengthened plates for the rear wishbones that I'm going to use with these links Dave listed,
I'm running the car with no rear ARB at the moment and it's not to bad to drive so I'll leave this job until nearer the winter,
Will, get wishbones re Furbed and powder coated at the same time etc so as the summers here I can't bare to take the car off the road smile
