Steering rack part number Impreza.

Been in contact with a chap who can supply me OE racks at very good prices .Could anyone give me the part number to make sure I have the correct one .Am I better going elecric with the pump or keep what I have ?

As the Tvr racks are getting old and worn this is a very important thing to get right.
I can't say whether electric or hydro is better, what I can say is Peters car (Phazed) uses electric and it's lighter than the Tvr rack and probably adds another Hp to the power curve,, not much help really

No idea what the part No is Daz or what model car.

As long as it has a removeable pinion which is easily identified by its 2 securing bolts then as far as i`m aware you will be fine.

with a electrical steering rack you dont change the ratio
